Music & Movie Trivia is a free online trivia game featuring thousands of questions across 24 Music and Movie categories. The game offers:

Single Player mode — with optional account creation to appear on the Worldwide Leaderboard
MultiPlayer hot-seat mode — for 2 to 10 players on one shared device
Guest play — completely anonymous with no account required

The service is provided free of charge, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

We want Music & Movie Trivia to be a fun and safe place for everyone. You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its systems
Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate leaderboard scores
Impersonate another person or entity on the leaderboard
Submit false, offensive, or inappropriate display names
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the game

We reserve the right to remove any user from the Worldwide Leaderboard who violates these conduct rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Music & Movie Trivia — including but not limited to the game design, question database, graphics, logos, animations, and code — is the intellectual property of Del Ray MultiMedia and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this game without prior written permission.

5. User-Provided Content

When you create a Single Player account, you provide your name and email address. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the name you display on the leaderboard. We reserve the right to remove or modify any display name that we determine to be offensive, inappropriate, or misleading.

6. Third-Party Advertising

Music & Movie Trivia displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are provided by third parties and are subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Music & Movie Trivia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the trivia questions and answers. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Del Ray MultiMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Music & Movie Trivia. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of leaderboard scores, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Del Ray MultiMedia and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, USA.
