What Information We Collect
We collect as little as possible:
- Single Player accounts: Your first and last name (or chosen display name) and email address. That's it. We use your email only to identify your account so your leaderboard scores are saved across visits.
- MultiPlayer games: First names only for each player — used only to display scores during the game session. These names are permanently deleted the moment you quit the MultiPlayer game.
- Guests: We collect absolutely nothing. No name, no email, no data of any kind.
Why We Collect It
- Your name is displayed on the Worldwide Leaderboard so other players can see your ranking
- Your email is used solely to identify your returning account and keep your cumulative scores accurate
- We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or promotions — ever
How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your email address is never displayed publicly — only your display name appears on the leaderboard.

Music & Movie Trivia is free to play and supported by Google AdSense advertising. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Music & Movie Trivia is designed for general audiences and is safe for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at Privacy@MusicMovieTrivia.com and we will delete it promptly.
