• MultiPlayer games: First names only for each player — used only to display scores during the game session. These names are permanently deleted the moment you quit the MultiPlayer game.
• Guests: We collect absolutely nothing. No name, no email, no data of any kind.

Why We Collect It

• Your name is displayed on the Worldwide Leaderboard so other players can see your ranking
• Your email is used solely to identify your returning account and keep your cumulative scores accurate
• We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or promotions — ever

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your email address is never displayed publicly — only your display name appears on the leaderboard.

3. User Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any user from the Worldwide Leaderboard who violates these conduct rules.

5. User-Provided Content

When you create a Single Player account, you provide your name and email address. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the name you display on the leaderboard. We reserve the right to remove or modify any display name that we determine to be offensive, inappropriate, or misleading.

6. Third-Party Advertising

Music & Movie Trivia displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are provided by third parties and are subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Music & Movie Trivia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
